Personal Health Checks

Daily Health Checks:

Our field service personnel conduct personal health checks at the beginning of each workday. If any symptoms associated with COVID-19 are present, employees are required to stay home, follow a 14-day quarantine, and seek medical treatment as recommended by government standards.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements

Hand Hygiene:

All service vehicles are equipped with water-based hand wash stations, and employees follow COVID-19 standards, washing hands after each service call.

Hand Sanitizer:

Hand sanitizer is used as a secondary measure to proper handwashing.

Protective Gear:

Service employees wear protective gloves, washing or disposing of them between jobs. Additionally, they wear disposable or washable face masks and eye protection when outside their vehicles.

Dispatch Procedures: Dispatchers will always contact customers before dispatching a service technician, ensuring permission and providing details on safety measures.

Proper Disposal: Removed parts and air filters are immediately sealed before transport and properly disposed of to prevent contamination.

Consumables

Secure Disposal: Rag materials used for cleaning are securely bagged, boxed, and sealed before removal from the work area.

EPA Approved Products: All cleaning products used are EPA-approved for use against the coronavirus.

Remote Work:

Most non-field personnel work remotely, adhering to government practices related to COVID-19.

Sanitization Procedures:

Offices are sanitized weekly using hospital-grade disinfectants. High-touch surfaces are deep-cleaned twice a week.

Employees working in office locations wear masks and gloves when interacting with colleagues or vendors.
